Centrally located in the Pietermaai District, City Suites & Beach boasts an array of restaurants right outside the door. The staff members, especially the super helpful Isabel, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room was spacious and included a convenient kitchenette, making it easy to prepare quick meals. The air conditioning worked like a charm, bringing relief from the tropical heat.

City Suites & Beach is ideally located for exploring Curacao, with easy access to the historic districts of Punda, Otrobanda, and Pietermaai. The room was very comfortable and included a kitchenette, which was perfect for my work needs. I appreciated the clean environment, the helpful staff, and the good quality Wi-Fi. Additionally, the hotel’s close proximity to local restaurants made dining convenient.

The parking pass process could be clearer for guests.

Everything was clean upon arrival, and I enjoyed a comfortable bed for the most part. Housekeeping, however, had some issues. I found unfinished drinks in the fridge, which wasn't pleasant. Additionally, there were some cleanliness concerns, like mold in the shower grooves and some items in the drawers not being thoroughly cleaned. I had to ask for fresh towels multiple times as they weren’t replaced regularly. The friendly staff did their best and were helpful, which made the experience a bit better, but the housekeeping needs to improve. Overall, some improvements could really enhance the experience.

I was surprised by the modern room. The bed was excellent – I fell asleep pretty fast and slept like a baby! ! Plus, the AC unit was quiet and chilled the place quickly, so I didn't melt in the tropical heat.

I encountered some plumbing issues during my stay.

However, the maid service left something to be desired. basic supplies like coffee and toilet paper weren't consistently replenished, and the coffee pot in the kitchenette didn’t function as it should. A supermarket nearby was useful for stocking up on essentials.

Had a lovely 4-night stay. The kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast, and I appreciated the helpful staff who guided us to nearby restaurants in the Pietermaai district. Just a short walk to the beach made mornings delightful! Consider renting a car for exploring.

Construction across the street ruined the ocean view promised in the balcony room, and multiple issues with plumbing emerged, including cold water in kitchen and bath sinks. Housekeeping missed cleaning dishes, and the hotel ran out of essential supplies like towels and milk packets. Furthermore, my first room had a leaking AC, and late in my stay, I discovered the room phone didn’t work.
